Refund policy

We want you to love MyChips.

 

Pre-orders: Your card is charged at checkout, and your order ships the week of August 10, 2026. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships — just email hello@eatmychips.com.

 

Damaged or wrong order: If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@eatmychips.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Food safety: Because MyChips is a small-batch food product, we can't accept returns of opened bags.

 

Refunds go to your original payment method and typically post within 5-10 business days.
